For almost 20 years, I've helped create simple, elegant solutions that empower teams to build better products for their users. The broad range of successful projects I've been involved in stems from one core belief: great designers can work in any context if they know how to ask the right questions—and listen.As co-creator and design lead at TestFlight, I helped create a product that arguably enabled the mobile app ecosystem of today to thrive—from its humble beginnings until its acquisition by Apple.At Klang Games I structured and led the Player Experience team to implement a process & design system for the mammoth-scale SEED.As co-founder of Ox Collective I helped lead distributed design teams worldwide and helped the Berlin Philharmonic deliver the greatest classical music, no matter what device you're on. I've also created some catchy work for lots of big brands (Lego, Mattel, Nissan, Beam and more).I can't help but point out I also designed Nicki Minaj’s first app in 2011 (true story).Available for product design, design sprints and talks.
